Red Challenge Day 2

What:
Wrap Top-Self Made
White Tank- Chado
Jeans- JC Penney
Yellow Shoes- Joe Fresh

Yay..It's been so nice and warm out lately...I'm loving it....it's not warm enough to go without a jacket though..so I wore my leather one while I was out and about (but I left it open so everyone could see my fabulous top!)  I love this shirt sooo much..I love the watercolour print...love the wrap..love the little cap sleeves...I just plain love it!  For some reason the red is looking awfully orange...but I swear there's alot of red in the shirt!!  I found this fabric in the remnants pile at the local fabricland...so this shirt cost me about $2ish to make.  I drafted the pattern by tracing a knit wrap top of mine for the body of the shirt..and then added alot of ease since this fabric is woven....and drafted some cute little cap sleeves.
I decided to roll up my pant legs today because these jeans aren't long enough...basically they started out nice and long...long enough to wear heels..and then over time they keep shrinking and shrinking..so now I can only wear flats with them..they used to have a bit of a flare..but I took that in as they got shorter..and now in order to wear them without looking like flood pants I'm going to have to taper the legs in even more.

Although this top looks more orange than red, you look absolutely fabulous in it and you also did a terrific job making it! I want one!

I thought the same thing about more orange than red but regardless, love the colors and the style. So talented. I also love the yellow ballerina flats. Such a cute outfit overall.
