The Mystery Round

I'm sure you are all dying to know that the "Mystery Round" is all about, so I shall explain!  I went pre-challenge shopping a few days ago, and because of where I live I have limited options for clothes (plus I learned a few things last time around and am now very thoughtful about what I buy), so I ended up buying a bunch of fabric instead.  With each of the three fabrics pictured above I am going to make an article of clothing that will count towards my challenge items!!

I'm going to do things a little bit differently this time around.  Last time I did the whole 30 days in a row...but that resulted in me having to post more than once a day in order to keep my regular features going, which resulted in my blog feeling way too cluttered!  This time I'm going to drag out the process (but not the no shopping part..haha..that's only going to last 30 days).  This means that I will post outfits 4-5 days a week, so on the days that I don't post outfits I will likely be wearing the other clothes from my closet (or loungewear).  I was going to tell you guys that I wasn't breaking any rules by doing this, but now I see that Kendi has removed that part from "the rules".

I'm can't wait to get my remix on, and see what everyone else does too!

Your closet is so colorful! I never knew you made that faux fur vest -- that's awesome. I hated that trend at first, but yours made me start looking for one. I never found it, of course. Your 30 for 30 items look awesome! Can't wait to get started. Mine will drag out a bit, too, what with my trip and all my guest posts I've got set up for that week...

So much color! I'm really excited to see all of your fun combinations. Just today, I realized that I need a ton more brightness in my wardrobe, so your picks are a real inspiration. =) Good luck!

Those look like great items. I love the pattern on your trousers. And we have some colours in common, so it will be great to see how you remix.

I am so jealous of that fur vest you made! And I am basically in love with your shoe collection. AND very much looking forward to your mystery items. Genius.

Mystery round challenge sounds fun!

I was SO overwhelmed with "dual" postings on my blog when I did the 30/30 so I TOTALLY know where you are coming from.

Looking forward to some re-mixing!
