The Strap That Changes Everything!

Top- H&M
Belt- Thrifted
Jeans- Gap
Boots- BCBG
Sunnies- Aldo
Bra Straps- Exposed Envy

This outfit isn't included in my 30 for 30 because that doesn't start until Tuesday.

I have always loved the look when a shirt "slid off" the shoulder, but I always hated exposing my bra straps (as mentioned here), and strapless bras are no longer an option after having a child (migration sucks..haha).  So I'm sure you can imagine how thrilled I was when Kelly, the owner of Exposed Envy contacted me about doing a review of some of her decorative bra straps!

I received two bra strap sets, one being the Yellow Beaded Bra Strap with Silver, which retails for $22, and the Pink Daisy Print Fabric Strap, which retails for $7.
I am absolutely in love with the beaded bra strap!  I didn't know how it would feel on, but as long as you adjust the length the proper amount (much like adjusting a necklace) it will be comfortable all day.  I also was unsure of how strong and supportive the strap would be, but the cording used to bead it together feels quite strong, so you shouldn't have to worry about it snapping through the day, having beads flying everywhere.
I haven't actually worn the pink fabric strap, but it fits on just like a regular bra strap, and it's a better alternative to having a plain strap showing.

I absolutely love the idea behind these bra straps and I think they will solve a lot of fashion "faux pas"!!

Stay tuned for an Exposed Envy giveaway!!

This is not a paid review, I was asked to give my honest opinion on the product, which is what I have done.

Even though I don't mind exposed bra straps (for now, gotta take advantage of "I'm young" as an excuse), I love these decorative bra straps! The beads are so cute, I could definitely see myself using these in summer tons! <3

I have a love/hate relationship with exposed bra straps. Sometimes, I just don't care if my strap or any other part of my bra is peeking through and other times I want to pin the strap down. I think it simply depends on how pretty the bra is. These straps would definitely help me love the bras whose straps are so pretty. The beaded one is a definite standout.
