Canadian Cutie: Hattie

You absolutely must check out the jewelry designed by this next Canadian Cutie, it's absolutely amazing!

Hattie Dunstan

 Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Blog name:

A brief description of your blog:

I hand design my own jewellery and am the owner and creator of You've Got Hattitude Jewellery company. The blog is an inspirational outlet for people to get to know me, as well as post outfits to show options for wearing my jewellery.

How long have you been blogging, and what made you start?:

I've been blogging for a year and a half, but really only have gotten in to it, in the last 2 months, posting almost every day, and with outfit shots. I started to give my internet customers a chance to get to know the designer and team of You've Got Hattitude Jewellery Company

How would you describe your personal style?:

Vintage boho chic with a flare of my grandmothers closet

Do you feel that you can relate better to fashion bloggers living in Canada?  Or is there no difference?:

Yes I LOVE discovering fashion blogs from Canada. I love seeing how they dress for our weather! brrr Sometimes I get uber jealous of all the european and American bloggers getting to dress so springy in uber adorable summer skirts and shirts, when on the weekend it snowed here!

What are some of your favourite Canadian (only found in Canada) stores?:

Preloved! Queen st in Toronto, Canada. LOVE it.

What store do you wish would open up in Canada?:

Target! But I heard they are coming soon!

Do you have any favourite Canadian designers/fashion brands?:

Is it bias if I say the jewellery line, Hattitude, brand? haha

Who would you consider a true Canadian Fashion Icon?:

I'm actually really digging Jay Manuel and his Attitude line that he presented at LGFW this spring...and no it's not because it has a similar name to my collection! haha Although they do say great minds think alike!

Finish these sentences:

A person with true style is someone who...:

can rock whatever outfit they throw on with confidence, sass and fabulousness!

My greatest fashion inspirations come from...

everything. But definitely the oldie goldie days, 20-40's era is my fav with a splash of the 60's and 70's thrown in for good luck! ha

The most cliché Canadian thing I enjoy/have ever done is....

drizzling maple syrup on everything. I went down to washington DC this week to visit my cousin her boyfriend and some other friends. They love seeing stereo types come true as I pour maple syrup on or in most things...haha

Aside from fashion blogging what do you enjoy doing in your spare time?:

Reading. I love escaping to a world where knights in shining armour do exist!

Do you have any other random thoughts or interesting things you would like to share about yourself?

I have a cat named beau...for beautiful and you can usually catch me reading a romance novel swinging in the hammock at the cottage come the summer time.
