Why am I still wearing winter clothes in the middle of March?!?  Snow, please quit falling!
I feel like my blog is having a bit of an identity crisis...or at least the blogger in me is.  Am I a fashion blogger? a DIY blogger? a sewing blogger?  I know that I cover all three topics, but for some reason I've focused mainly on fashion (there are more daily outfit posts on my blog than any other topic) here on my blog.  When I first started blogging I'm pretty sure that most of my readers came for fashion, but now I'm starting to think that my readership has possibly shifted to people who are more interested in DIY and sewing projects....of course I don't know this for a fact, but I do know that my Bra to Bathingsuit post brings 10000 readers to my blog every week!  Of course not everyone stays around...but I don't want to be disappointing those who do!
I guess what I really want to know is if you, my blog readers, would like me to be posting more detailed sewing posts.  These could include simple sewing DIYs, along with more complex pattern drafting projects.  Many of the pieces that I sew I've also designed and drafted the pattern myself.  Sometimes I draft it straight from a sloper, other times I alter an existing pattern.  I have rarely documented this process because I didn't think many of my readers would be interested in a post like that (why read a post about drafting a sewing pattern if you don't sew?), but now that my readership has shifted a bit, I'm wondering if I have readers that would like me to post more on my sewing and pattern drafting projects?
Of course I will still be posting outfits...if I quit that I'm afraid it would become much too easy to wear jeans and a slouchy t-shirt every day (and even though that's totally cute, it would get a little boring after awhile).
While we're on the topic of sewing projects and pattern drafting...you can check out a picture of the "bad copy" of my leather pants that I'm currently working on here.  I'm going to put off sewing the "good copy" out of the leather a little bit longer, because even though I've lost all the baby weight from Blake, I still have to shrink a few more inches in the waist...and I'd hate to make a fantastic pair of leather pants that won't fit for long.
Sorry this post is so long...I just really wanted to get some feedback from you guys...and maybe explain a little bit about some possible changes to my blog.
