Recipe: Honey Mustard Soy Dressing

This is the first time I've posted a recipe on my blog...and trust's certainly blog-worthy!
My Mother-in-law was kind enough to share this salad dressing recipe with me a few weeks ago...and since it's so good I'll be kind and share it with you.
If you're anything like me and love a honey garlic flavour, then this recipe is perfect for you!
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar (I've been using Apple Cider Vinegar Instead)
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic

Mix everything in a Blender and leave for an hour before using for maximum yumminess! 
I usually double or triple the recipe because I've been using it so often!
I love mine over mixed greens, chopped onions, and shredded cheese.  Brody loves to add toasted almonds on top of his too.
I've also been using the dressing as a marinade for chicken...yum!
