I've always been a grilled cheese sandwich kinda girl, my parents used to joke with me when I was younger that when I became an adult I would still be ordering off the kids menu....
My sandwiches have had a small upgrade since then in the form of a side of veggies instead of fries, and a sprinkling of spices on the inside for some added flavour.
My favourite spice blend is the Red Garlic Sansel by Epicure. I sprinkled it on top of the cheese before I put the top bread on my sandwich...I also sprinkled some on top of my red pepper before grilling it...yum!
